  • When was the last time you were angry?  What did you do with the anger?
  • What do you do when you are angry? Do people notice? What do they see and not see?
  • Is it good to get angry? Is anger healthy? How much?
  • Do you think people get angry too quickly? 

Do good things happen in the world when people are angry?

  • What happens if you don’t talk about your anger? 
  • Where do you first feel anger in your body?  Head, stomach, back, chest, fists?
  • How do your parents handle anger?  How do they handle other emotions?  Are they a good role model for conflict?
  • What have you seen in social media that really upset you?
  • Freud thought, “Depression is anger turned inward?” Do you think you have hidden anger?
  • What is a healthy way to talk yourself down through an angry situation?  What phrase would you use? What saying should you use? 
  • What do you think people are trying to accomplish when they yell or scream in anger?  Why is yelling a bad idea?
